Job Description

Absi is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Solutions Consultant to join our team in the Philippines. This role will be based in Mark Market, Taguig and requires the ability to work a morning shift from 8am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs.
  • Conduct detailed assessments and analyses of client systems and infrastructure.
  • P present and explain technical solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Solution Design and Implementation

We are looking for someone who can design and develop customized technical solutions based on client requirements. You will also plan and manage the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

The ideal candidate will provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to clients post-implementation. They should be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Project Management

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope. This includes creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, monitoring, and reporting on project progress and performance.

Continuous Improvement

We encourage continuous learning and professional growth. The successful candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices.

Relationship Management

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic technical guidance to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical consulting or similar role.
  • Strong technical expertise in relevant areas (e.g., networking, cloud computing, software development).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., databases, programming languages, system monitoring tools).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per month, depending on experience.
