  • Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MKIT's policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their auditing skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the banking sector.
  • BS degree in Accounting or related field, along with relevant certifications (CPA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
