Responsibilities
  • Participate in planning and executing audit assignments to provide management and the Board with an objective, independent assessment of internal control systems.
  • Collaborate with Senior Audit Managers to develop efficient and effective audit plans and ensure smooth execution of audit tasks.
  • Deliver high-quality audit reports and contribute to discussions and resolutions of issues with senior management.
  • Monitor and coordinate audits performed by regulators, external auditors, and other assurance providers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior management.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in internal/external audit in the insurance, financial, or related industries.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and software, such as Galvanize, is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
