Job Overview

The Company Nurse role is an integral part of the Human Resources team, providing immediate health assistance and supporting Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) initiatives. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of employees and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer proper medications and address patient health concerns
  • Conduct immediate health assessments and coordinate care for employees with health symptoms
  • Oversee the implementation of Health and Safety protocols in the workplace
  • Validate medical certificates and documents submitted by employees
  • Provide basic first aid and assess employee health risks
  • Assist employees in medical emergency situations and transfer them to the nearest hospital when necessary
  • Monitor medication inventory and coordinate with the asset and purchasing teams
  • Facilitate health reminders and tips to employees
  • Organize First Aid trainings for the medical team
  • Coordinate and announce the company physician's schedule
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the SHECO/HR Supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with a valid PRC License
  • Willingness to work in Cubao and adapt to various shifts
