About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Coordinator to join our team at Outsource Accelerator. As a Medical Chart Preparation Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and transferring patient medical history from previous EHR systems into our new platform.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical thinking skills, allowing them to interpret patient records and determine relevant information for chart preparation. They will also possess strong communication skills, enabling them to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Requirements
  • Nursing Equivalent Certification or Relevant Clinical Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a family medicine or primary care environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Outlook and EHR software, including Greenway Intergy.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret patient records and determine relevant information for chart preparation.
