Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven sales manager to drive revenue growth and expand market share across assigned regions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in sales management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in air, ocean, and land freight services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and coordinate with operations to ensure exceptional service quality.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in sales management with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
  • Deep understanding of air, ocean, and inland freight operations, with knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
