Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Strategist plays a vital role in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. This individual works closely with stakeholders to understand objectives and develop effective strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

This involves auditing existing campaigns to identify areas for optimization and improvement, as well as creating, managing, and optimizing new campaigns to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to interpret campaign data to drive results.

  • Audit existing campaigns to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
  • Conduct audience and keyword research, configure conversion tracking, and enhance landing page performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • Ability to conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy.
  • Experience in setting up and testing campaigns from scratch.
  • Able to assess and explain which default settings across various paid advertising platforms should be kept or changed along with the reasoning behind those decisions.
Bonus Requirements

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial:

  • Google Ads certification.
  • Lead Generation Conversion Optimization experience.
  • E-commerce conversion optimization experience.
