Director of Cybersecurity Sales and Strategy

This position is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of our cybersecurity sales initiatives. The Director of Cybersecurity Sales and Strategy will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop high-level sales strategies, and drive significant revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and drive growth in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, use insights to inform sales strategies and business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the cybersecurity industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Advanced negotiation and contract management skills, deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and solutions.
