Job Title: Credit Risk and Reporting Lead

This role is responsible for managing the credit assessment process, mitigating credit risk, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global credit policies and procedures.
  • Review credit applications and conduct credit checks.
  • Set and enforce credit limits based on risk assessment.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including review of orders on credit hold, periodic review of accounts, approval of credit limits, and classification of risk categories.
  • Support in management of Customer Master Data (deactivation/reactivation of accounts).
  • Collaborate regularly with business segment leaders, sales, and customer operations teams to optimize credit processes.
  • Actively support collections on mitigating risks from overdue accounts to minimize bad debt.
  • Implement required global internal controls and ensure team's compliance.
  • Seek opportunities for Continuous Improvement and Digitalization of the credit process.
  • Support effective process governance, stakeholder management, and project management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in credit management, preferably on a global scale.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Excel.
