Financial Documents Coordinator

Monde Nissin Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Financial Documents Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for coordinating and processing financial documents from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand document requirements and deadlines.
  • Reviewing and verifying document accuracy, completeness, and formatting.
  • Processing and uploading documents into the system, utilizing WeScan and tagging functionality.
  • Facilitating communication between teams, including POD Specialists, Sales Accounting, and Accounting User Groups.
  • Identifying trends and issues affecting timely document collections and recommending solutions.
Responsibilities

The Financial Documents Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining filing and tracking systems for hard and soft files.
  • Providing easy access and reference to documents as needed.
  • Participating in audit processes for third-party archiving services providers.
  • Easily adapting to additional transactions and tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A strong understanding of supply network processes and document management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
