Our organization seeks an exceptional individual to lead our Client Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service and satisfaction to clients, while maintaining focus on results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring complete satisfaction with every interaction.
- Collaborate with internal resources at all levels to achieve shared goals and exceed expectations.
- Provide guidance and feedback to associates to help them learn, grow, and contribute to the organization's success.
- Motivate and manage team performance, leveraging diverse strengths and skills to drive results.
- Graduate degree in business administration, management, or related field (highly preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, benefits administration, payroll, HR, or related fields (required).
- 2-3 years of SME, mentor, or supervisory experience (required).
- Proven proficiency in prioritizing critical issues and managing workflow (required).
- Proficiency in PC applications (required).
