The successful candidate will work closely with our Organization Design and Development Section Head to assist in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating organization design and development projects for the University.

This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting in conducting organization needs assessment, utilizing the most appropriate data gathering and validation methodologies.
  • Drafting an organization assessment plan, after due consultation and understanding of the needs of the client.
  • Drafting questionnaires and/or data-gathering guides to facilitate the sessions.
  • Coming up with an initial analysis based on data gathered from the unit, its stakeholders, and other relevant sources.
  • Identifying priority needs and recommending next steps based on the analyzed data.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any management or psychology field.
  • At least two years of experience in facilitating learning programs.
  • Excellent knowledge of basic research and statistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
