Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to build, maintain, and improve our infrastructure using AWS services.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can help us scale our cloud-based business communication and contact center solutions provider.


The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS services, Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform, as well as excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure on AWS.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define infrastructure requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for efficient application deployment and release management.
  • Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system and application issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with AWS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience working as a DevOps Engineer or SRE Engineer in a production environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and Helm.
