Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on travel destinations, flight options, dates, and accommodations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure long-term client relationships
  • Leverage industry knowledge to close sales and maximize client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months BPO/call center experience
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Previous travel or sales experience is an advantage
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient in achieving sales goals
