Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up new clients in the Operation System;
  • Verify missing documentation in Delta from Salesforce (CRM) notes for new clients;
  • Store signed legal documents in client folders;
  • Load legal documents into Delta;
  • Prepare and file UCC templates in CSC;
  • Activate monitoring on Highway Insurance and Authority changes;
  • Enable corporate, debtor, and bankruptcy tracking in CSC
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • 2+ years' experience in administrative duties or support in a high-volume work environment;
  • Experience with Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), preferred;
  • Background in factoring or financial services, preferred.

Necessary Skills:

  • Demonstrate initiative and work independently and as part of the team;
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail;
  • Professional communication skills essential.
