Job Overview

Senior HR Specialist Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned human resources professional to administer policies and programs across various HR activities, with a focus on Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Government reports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Expertise and Advice Provision: Offer general guidance, counsel, and expertise in areas including recruiting, compensation, benefits, labor relations, employment law, health and safety, workers' compensation, organizational development, performance management, onboarding, training, and data management and analytics.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address employee concerns by implementing innovative solutions and making changes as needed to ensure departmental efficiency.
  • Interviews and Resolutions: Conduct interviews and track resolutions on employee issues and concerns.
  • Performance Management: Provide managers with necessary information for performance reviews and process NOPA Forms for approved salary increases when necessary.
  • Policy Interpretation: Assist managers, supervisors, and employees in interpreting and fairly applying policies and procedures to ensure consistency.
  • New Hire Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions with new hires, providing resourceful information on benefits, administration, office security, and safety.
  • Benefits Administration: Communicate and administer Company Benefit programs effectively.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide timely written and verbal communication to management on various HR issues and challenges.
  • Data Management: Assist in developing and implementing effective employee data management and reporting systems, focusing on compensation and benefits; maintain accurate master lists.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in BS Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience required, preferably 3 years of supervisory experience or generalist background in the BPO industry.
