Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fire sprinkler design and estimation, with a strong understanding of MEP design tools and New York City Building Codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design fire sprinkler systems using AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP software.
  • Estimate project costs and prepare take-offs using Planswift and Excel.
  • Evaluate designs for compliance with New York City Building Codes and applicable standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Planswift, Excel, and Fire Elite.
  • Knowledge of MEP design tools and building codes.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in fire sprinkler design and estimation.
