**Job Summary**

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in providing accurate and reliable project financial modelling, particularly the creation of residential financial templates. This individual will ensure that financial results comply with the prevailing parameters set by Management. In addition to financial modelling, the analyst will perform cost control functions and other finance-related tasks for their assigned department, which may include consolidating FLI Budget and 5-year financial projections, preparing project FS (since start), and conducting risk analysis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and evaluate the financial results of residential projects for launch using a dynamic financial template.
  • Perform cost control initiatives to meet company targets and analyze corporate and project operating expenses.
  • Review existing project financial template standards or rules and recommend updates or changes to make them more applicable for each business segment based on prevailing management objectives.
  • Analyze actual project financials based on approved financials of Product Development and Marketing Committee (PDMC) and provide recommendations to close out balances, if any.
  • Perform other projects assigned by Management from time to time.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Statistics or Marketing.
  • Preferably with experience in the Real Estate Industry.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in audit, finance, or a related field.
