Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing artwork development, and maintaining project data to ensure timely delivery with minimal risk.

You will assist the Project Manager in developing and tracking project plans, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end artwork management, including version control, approvals, and timely delivery to meet production schedules.
  • Report on and coordinate packaging transitions and associated liabilities to ensure zero financial impact.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams by coordinating cross-functional activities.
  • Own accuracy and maintenance of critical project data, including timelines, project documents, and the artwork process.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Product Life Cycle master data setup and updates, manage change control, and support delisting activities.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency and support best practices in project coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years in project coordination, managing end-to-end timelines, and supporting project management activities.
  • Project coordination experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or food manufacturing environments is required.
  • College Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
