About You

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Head of Manila Hub. As a member of the TP ICAP Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective risk and operational management of business functions located on site.

This is a senior leadership role that requires gravitas and the ability to influence internally senior global stakeholder groups across multiple functional teams.

Your Key Strengths

  • Strong technology background.
  • Successful career track record in the financial industry.
  • Solid professional senior leadership experience overall, particularly in a fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural and international organisation with a global footprint.
  • Experience running and scaling large/global service delivery teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality operational or technology services, with experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Commercially astute and good knowledge of the financial services industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in managing large teams.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement the Manila Target Operating Model, aligning with the Group's global strategies and standards.

  2. Provide leadership and guidance to the local management team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

  3. Champion the profile of the Manila office within the TP ICAP group, promoting it as a key hub for people and technology growth.

  4. Build, grow, and invest in a world-class engineering workforce.

  5. Drive technology transformation and deliver Compass-related projects in Manila, shared with LOB and Asset Class function heads (CIOs).

  6. Create and maintain a Manila technology plan consistent with the global technology strategy.

  7. Oversee IT risk management within the broader risk management framework.

  8. Articulate, drive, and embed a business operations-led technology and process governance framework.

  9. Lead and manage staff, ensuring they are motivated, have defined position descriptions, and reporting arrangements.
