We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Asia-Pacific Customer Engagement Coordinator at JoVE. This position will involve developing and executing plans to engage customers and promote our video-based educational resources across the Asia-Pacific region.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders in the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing customer engagement plans to drive user adoption and retention.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Coordinating and executing events, webinars, and other activities to promote JoVE's products and services.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technology or education-related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement software is highly desirable.
