Job Title: Rent Collector

At TORCH Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Rent Collector to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting rental payments from tenants in assigned areas, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

* Collect rental payments from tenants in assigned areas
* Ensure proper collection, documentation, and turnover of rent collections from tenant to office to banks
* Maintain accurate rent collection reports for assigned properties
* Ensure organized filing of office records, including receipts, reports, and lease contracts
* Manage renewal and issuance of lease contracts for tenants in assigned properties
* Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor

Requirements:

* Any bachelor's degree course
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Knowledgeable in computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Good moral character
