Job Title: Rent Collector

At TalentSync Training and Development, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Rent Collector to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting rental payments from tenants in assigned areas, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect rental payments from tenants in assigned areas
  • Ensure proper collection, documentation, and turnover of rent collections
  • Maintain accurate rent collection reports for assigned properties
  • Organize and maintain office records, including receipts, reports, and lease contracts
  • Manage lease contract renewals and issuances for tenants in assigned properties
  • Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Good moral character
