Job Title: Senior QA Automation Lead

Overview:

As a Senior QA Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Quality Assurance Strategy: Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Drive Test Planning: Prioritize and execute both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Oversee Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable automated test scripts.
  • Monitor Test Coverage: Ensure adequate automation test coverage and execution results.
  • Mentor QA Engineers: Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
