Key Qualifications
  • A Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Allied Course graduate with current certification: active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) or U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license, or an active Medical Coding Certification (CIC from AAPC, CCS from AHIMA), or CDIP/CCDS, or CRCR
  • Minimum 2 years of Inpatient concurrent Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) experience, with CCDS or CDIP certification required for RN candidates
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Clinical/Hospital experience
  • Experience with MS-DRG and APR-DRG focused reviews
  • Willingness to participate in on-site training
