About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available units and attract potential tenants. Conduct property tours and showcase key features and amenities to prospective tenants.
  • Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing their concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner. Organize tenant events and activities to build community and enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Property Management: Coordinate with property management staff to ensure the building and grounds are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance or repair needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, real estate, hospitality)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or leasing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of property management principles and practices
