As a Financial Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial planning team with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for compiling data and drafting letters and documents as needed to support the team.
  • Enter and maintain client information with relevant updates using CRM software.
  • Generate reports from the CRM and providers portals, providing in-depth analysis to stakeholders.
  • Research insurance products, financial concepts, retirement strategies, and tax solutions to support investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with advisers to identify suitable investment strategies based on client needs and goals.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role in the financial industry.
  • Proficient in financial planning software such as AdviserLogic or XPlan.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with good math skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
