Job Summary

This is a senior maintenance technician position that oversees building and yard repair and maintenance, as well as utilities and support equipment.


Key Responsibilities include effectively carrying out project and building facilities related activities such as repair, installation and maintenance. Additionally, the role involves expediting and serving Job Orders related to project and building maintenance works or as may be assigned, performing and implementing building preventive maintenance schedules, and performing other job-related duties as assigned by superiors.

Responsibilities
  • To ensure effective maintenance of all building facilities equipment which includes lightings, telephones, comport room, water, etc.
  • Carry out observance of safety standards by service providers' workers and advise the Account Manager.
  • Advises, promotes and monitors the safe carrying out of work in the workplace and puts up reports on safety activities as directed by the Account Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge: the ability to demonstrate sound technical knowledge related to Mechanical, Electrical, AC/Chiller, and General maintenance and Project planning.
  • Must be a Registered Master Electrician; At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving: has the ability to confidently work through problems and find solutions.
  • Able to work in Claveria, Cagayan Valley.
  • Able to start immediately.
