Job Title

A key position within our organization is available for a talented individual who will be responsible for managing customer programs and ensuring seamless delivery of services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. They should be able to take initiative, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

This role involves providing pre- and post-customer service support, knowledge of program management tools and procedures, and general understanding of operations including scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering, and quality systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requirements are handled appropriately. This includes maintaining customer dashboards, scorecards, and UCT ERP system, ensuring on-time shipments, and managing customers' OTD targets.

Additionally, the role requires obtaining RFQ packages, EAU, drawings, etc. for quoting, preparing quotes for CRM team review and approval, and coordinating material issues between customer, UCT purchasing and UCT supply chain groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be organized and data/fact driven. Present business cases using data.
  • Exceptional analytical skills as the CPM moves from CPM 1 to CPM 4 levels
  • Ability to take a business result. Know if it meets goal or not. Develop the root cause and corrective action plans to drive an action plan to close the gaps and meet/exceed the goals
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organization and follow up skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Strong influence-management, negotiation, leadership and assertiveness skills.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office suite, particularly Excel and MS Project) and database (SAP or related ERP at the site) experience.
