Vulnerability Assessment and Remediation

  1. Perform thorough vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts on web and mobile applications, adhering to industry-standard frameworks and best practices.
  2. Develop detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for remediation, tailored to client preferences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective remediation strategies, leveraging expertise in vulnerability assessment and remediation.
  4. Design and facilitate training programs to enhance the skills of teams responsible for remediation, ensuring they can effectively address identified vulnerabilities.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
  6. Ensure confidentiality of client information at all times, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in web and/or mobile application vulnerability assessment and remediation, following the OWASP Top 10 testing framework.
  2. Expertise in open-source and commercial security testing tools, including Kali Linux, Metasploit, Qualys, Nessus, BurpSuite, OWASP Zap, etc.
  3. Strong understanding of web application and mobile application development principles, including secure coding practices.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear reporting of complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Relevant Cybersecurity certifications, such as CEH, CISSP, etc., are highly preferred.
