Knowledge Base Content Manager

The Knowledge Base Content Manager is a key team member responsible for maintaining and enhancing our knowledge base, ensuring high-quality content for diverse audiences. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, trainers, and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing products, processes, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge management strategy, defining efficiency of knowledge base content through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and support new and existing products, processes, and services.
  • Implement agent suggestions and changes to knowledge base articles as needed, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Review the knowledge base proactively, suggesting updates and improvements.
  • Write new knowledge base articles as campaigns launch new policies, procedures, or products.
  • Provide status updates on articles to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
  • Implement 'change tracking' strategies for approval of all changes, maintaining accountability and version control.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in content writing, with expertise in creating engaging online articles, guides, and user support content.
  • Demonstrated competency with writing and graphics tools, including online platforms, and familiarity with formatting techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data (KPI, Quality, searches, views), identify areas for improvement, and create innovative solutions.
  • Capacity to learn new knowledge and skills quickly, with a penchant for self-development and continuous learning.
  • Able to work effectively and collegially with team members and stakeholders, fostering a positive work climate and promoting team success.
  • Adaptable and able to cope well under pressure, with alignment with Ibex Core Values: Respect, Integrity, Transparency, and Excellence.
  • Flexible schedule and temporary remote work setup.
