Logistics Operations Executive

As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our import and supply chain operations.


This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to take on a challenging role within our logistics department. As Logistics Operations Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all import and supply chain activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute import shipments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of import documentation, including customs clearance and freight forwarding arrangements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues related to shipping, invoicing, or payment.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the logistics function.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to new team members to ensure seamless onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
