  • Assist customers in finding products, answering their queries, and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Promote our brand by demonstrating products, providing product knowledge, and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving, displaying, and pulling out items according to FIFO principles.
  • Analyze sales and stock levels to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in any field (college graduates welcome).
  • A minimum of 6 months of good selling performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hardworking, honest, and people-oriented with a pleasing personality and physical fitness.
  • Ability to multitask, work fast, and adapt to a retail store operation schedule.
  • Customer service orientation and positive disposition.
