Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Architect and Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our data solutions team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable data systems that meet business needs.

You will be responsible for creating robust data models, data flows, and storage solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure SQL. Additionally, you will manage master data with Profisee and integrate with existing systems.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and related tools.
  • Ingesting data from APIs and external systems into the Azure ecosystem.
  • Implementing ETL/ELT logic to prepare data for consumer use.

You will also ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all stages, troubleshoot performance issues, and fine-tune data pipelines using Azure monitoring tools and Purview for data estate management.

Furthermore, you will develop OLAP cubes and tabular models with SSAS, write complex MDX and DAX queries for data analysis, and integrate data models with Power BI, Excel, and SSRS for reporting.

Collaboration and documentation are key aspects of this role, as you will work closely with analysts, developers, and business leaders to translate needs into data-driven solutions.

You will document architectures, processes, and provide support/training as needed, and participate in Agile sprints and contribute to continuous improvement.
