About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will assist in the administrative function of the HRBP, partnering with all HRBP leaders and Operations Teams in delivering value-added HR requirements.
  • Proactive communication is key in this role, as you will be working closely with supervisors/managers, different HR teams, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolution of end-user issues timely with minimal escalations.
  • Completion of ERP compliance and audit activities as per pre-defined timelines.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of HR Monthly Reports and other related trackers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource, Law or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year HR administrative experience is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members and leadership.

Work Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience as HR Business Partner/HR Assistant is highly preferred.
  • With a good understanding of Philippine Labor Law (preferred).
