Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Payroll Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for validating the correctness of manual payroll input from our payroll points of contact (POCs), ensuring accurate OT eligibility based on our company's OT policy, and coordinating with POCs to finalize timekeeping data.

Responsibilities:
  • Validate and verify accuracy of manual payroll inputs
  • Evaluate OT eligibility based on company OT policy
  • Celebrate any discrepancies found during data validation process and bring them to each Payroll POC's attention to finalize timekeeping data
  • Responsible for uploading new employee compensation packages
  • Ensure first level validation is performed during annual increment cycles, FAV, and Variable Pay uploads
  • Resolve all queries/audit findings raised by TR APAC
Benefits Administration Responsibilities:
  • Handle all maternity-related computations and year-end reversals
  • Monitor statutory loan records in payroll for deduction
  • Verify employment verification documents and confirm authenticity
  • Provide support to newly hired employees through induction programs covering compensation and benefits
Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable in SAP
  • Proficient in various payroll analysis/reports
