We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Coordination Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating and tracking proposal-related activities, and ensuring all deadlines are met in line with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure successful proposal development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of proposal-related activities.
  • Create high-quality proposal templates and supporting documents.
  • Lead version control process for master copy of proposal document.
  • Oversee analysis of proposal for consistency and compliance with RFP.
  • Coordinate finalization of proposal content with sales lead.
  • Maintain library of proposal boilerplate and promote best practices.
  • Contribute to post-bid debriefs and collaborate on initiatives to improve bid processes and/or quality of submissions.
