About the Role

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new product listings and managing existing ones across our B2B and B2C systems, as well as associated online marketplaces.

  • Conduct campaign and account management to boost sales
  • Monitor accurate fulfillment and inventory levels
  • Assist eCommerce Manager in adding new products to various e-commerce systems, upload images, and manage product descriptions
  • Monitor all online orders and manage the dispatch team, assisting them when needed

The successful candidate will also assist across the e-commerce department, executing all changes to the site, including campaigns, new product uploads, product name changes, imagery, pricing, art elements, new pages, etc. Additionally, they will create and manage all discount codes for customers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in SEO and product listing on different platforms (Amazon, eBay)
  • Proven great track record in sales
  • Proven experience in all marketing aspects, specifically in Amazon and eBay
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to manage independent projects and tasks
  • Results-driven, metrics-oriented, and self-motivated
