About the Job:

RCX RECRUITMENT INC. is seeking an experienced Financial Data Entry Coordinator to assist with financial reporting and data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily financial transactions, including recording collections/payments and purchases/expenses;
  2. Monitor and maintain financial reports, including Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss Google Sheet;
  3. File and print daily purchase/expense documents;
  4. Verify and encode cash advance liquidations receipts;
  5. Process sales invoices and collection receipts as needed;
  6. Review and verify inspection sheets and delivery notes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy;
  2. Fresh graduates or graduating students (interns) are welcome to apply;
  3. Strong MS Office skills;
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  6. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
