About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative designs and assets to promote and elevate our events.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing polished, sophisticated marketing collateral and campaigns. They will work closely with the team to develop cohesive event design concepts that effectively reflect desired messaging and intent across print, digital, and on-site marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, appealing, and informative visual assets for events, including print (flyers, pamphlets, magazine full-page spreads), digital (email, LinkedIn), and on-site (posters, banners)
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for use on digital and mobile platforms, including the website, social media, paid media, and email marketing
  • Update and maintain websites, including checking links and ensuring content is up-to-date
  • Redesign websites to improve online presence, navigation, and accessibility, and bring into compliance with ADA requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience working in graphic design, ideally in-house at an events and/or financial services company
  • Understanding of basic design principles, including color theory, balance, contrast, readability, and brand guidelines
  • Experience formatting materials for print, designing websites, and landing pages
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
