Job Role

Visual Communications Specialist

This role supports the marketing needs of internal departments with a focus on creative content development, layout, design, and copywriting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visual assets for advertising, promotion, and online presence in line with brand identity.
  • Support layout and updates to company marketing materials.
  • Assist with writing copy for product literature, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Produce branded merchandise, social media assets, print and digital advertising, and brand imagery.
  • Design presentations to support sales and proposals; create layouts for websites and emails.
  • Maintain adherence to corporate brand standards and marketing style guides.
  • Collaborate with web designers to contribute to website design and digital asset creation.
Qualifications
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with design and copywriting; ability to write compelling copy.
  • Proficiency with graphic programs and MS Office.
  • At least 2 years of similar experience; bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Able to adapt to and enhance corporate brand tone/voice.
