Job Opportunity

As a highly organized and detail-oriented professional, you will assist in building and customizing websites, managing plugins, handling website migrations and launches, and providing critical support to the CEO as a trusted point of contact.

This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Our team operates in a remote work setup.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our designated database using specified software.
  • Enter data from various digital sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and categorize data following established protocols.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as instructed by the CEO, utilizing online collaboration tools.
  • Utilize online tools and resources to perform basic administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discreet, professional, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Experience working with a CEO or senior management is a plus.
