Job Description

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Updating patient records in a system
  • Rebilling medications accordingly
  • Processing rejections or RX real-time
  • Adding new patients or records in the system for every new facility that starts
  • Calling facilities and insurances to get claims override
  • Researching patient insurance or eligibility
  • Emailing facilities to communicate medications for prior-authorization
