Job Title

A Senior Process Optimization Specialist is required to design and implement efficient automated workflows using industry-leading tools.


About the Role

We're seeking an expert with extensive experience in workflow automation, marketing operations, or technical product roles. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, and Zapier-style integrations, leveraging automation to streamline processes and create repeatable workflows that scale.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
  • Develop and manage LLM-powered processes to generate, track, and organize marketing content.
  • Integrate tools to produce and monitor brand identity kits, content calendars, and posts.

Marketing Ops Automation:
  • Automate account monitoring, logs, and reporting.
  • Support SEO-focused initiatives through competitor research automation.
  • Develop systems to centralize data and insights for informed decision-making.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Train team members on new processes and document best practices for scalability.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in workflow automation, marketing ops, or technical product roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, Zapier, or equivalent automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI workflows.
  • Experience building automations for content, marketing, and SEO functions.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with data analysis and competitive research.
  • Ability to work independently, primarily in EST, with flexibility for global clients.
