Job Description

As a Service Leader- Engineering, you will be responsible for managing and supervising engineering technicians. Your goal is to maintain electrical and mechanical plant & equipment of the hotel efficiently.

Your key objectives include:

  • Manage and supervise engineering technicians
  • Maintain electrical and mechanical plant & equipment of the hotel
  • Organise and manage the maintenance programs
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment as applicable
  • Provide assistance to hotel engineering issues
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation in the Engineering department
  • Minimise downtime and ensure all necessary repair work is carried out in the shortest possible time
Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Passion for Engineering
  • Strong understanding of engineering equipment in a hotel/resort environment
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and enjoy taking on new challenges
  • Relevant experience with an International 5-star Hotel Group
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer or equivalent qualification
