Head of Analog/Digital Devices Development

Lead a team in developing high-performance evaluation test solutions for silicon verification, characterization, qualification and production support of precision mixed signal products.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical and communication skills, with experience in building and leading teams to drive innovation and excellence.
The role requires extensive knowledge of analog and digital devices, C-based programming languages, and schematic and layout tools such as OrCAD, Cadence ALLEGRO.
Responsibilities include:
- Building, leading and managing a team of engineers to support existing products in various aspects of customer support, failure analysis, production support and yield improvements.
- Developing product evaluation test solutions for high performance analog/mixed signal integrated circuits.
- Collaborating with production Test Engineers to help with yield improvements and corrective actions in their existing hardware and software implementations.
- Working with the Failure Analysis team in product evaluation and analysis, driving solutions to points of failure.
- Evaluating production test programs and correlating evaluation test solution results to design engineering simulation.
Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline, with 5+ years of experience involving analyzing and debugging analog and digital circuits.
Strong knowledge of analog/digital devices and C-based programming languages is important, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Software and performing statistical data analysis using Excel or other data tools.
