Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design data models that meet business needs.
  • Develop and deploy BI solutions using Power BI, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Maintain and support existing BI systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Evaluate and improve existing BI systems to optimize performance and user experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist with a strong background in data warehouse design and data mining.
  • Industry experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL frameworks.
  • Familiarity with BI technologies, including Microsoft Power BI and Oracle BI.
  • Excellent SQL and data analysis skills, with experience in SQL queries, SSRS, and SSIS.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative, with a strong analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Personality traits: proactive, emphasizes quality in deliverables, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as IT or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT.
