Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role
  • This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • We are seeking a collaborative team player to work with content and design teams to produce engaging content across multiple touchpoints.
  • You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our website, online store, and social media platforms.
  • Your key objectives include planning and controlling digital marketing campaigns across various channels, running A/B tests to improve conversion rates, and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Additionally, you will prepare monthly reports and provide actionable insights to management.
  • To succeed in this role, you must stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, platforms, and tools to continuously improve strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile / Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, or Social Media Marketing, preferably within the consumer/e-commerce/retail industry.

You should have working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM optimization, content marketing, and social media strategy.

A strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data into actionable strategy are essential.

The ideal candidate is highly goal-driven, able to perform well in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent collaboration skills.
