Job Role:

We seek a skilled Business Quality Analyst to join our organization. This is a mid-shift, work-from-home opportunity that offers a chance to excel in a dynamic environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing the current and future business landscape, identifying areas of improvement, and developing comprehensive solutions. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, presenting them to stakeholders, and collaborating with product teams to design and implement effective solutions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business requirements documents (BRDs) and present them to stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex project delivery scenarios and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design and implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data systems and management.
  • Proven success in business and quality analysis roles involving complex project delivery.
