Academic Support Specialist

This is a critical role in ensuring the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure effective delivery of programs and initiatives.
  • Track student progress to identify areas of improvement and provide targeted support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families.
  • Support Regional Operations by maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence standards.
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency targets.
  • Monitor academic progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress and adjust academic plans.
Requirements:
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Effective communication skills in virtual environments.
  • Proficient in using all communication media including phone, video, and email.
